Senior Group HSE Manager with proven international / multi-jurisdictional mining, drilling, construction or heavy industrial experience.

This is a group-level role requiring someone who has operated across multiple countries and cultures, with the credibility to engage at Executive and Board level.

Minimum requirements:

• 10+ years’ HSE experience

• 5+ years at senior/group HSE management level

• Proven mining, drilling, construction or heavy industrial background

• Degree/National Diploma in Safety, Environmental, Risk, Engineering or related field

• SAMTRAC or equivalent

• Lead Auditor: ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001

• Proven implementation and maintenance of an ISO-certified IMS across multiple sites

• Multi-jurisdictional legal compliance experience

• Serious/high-potential incident investigation experience

• Executive/Board-level HSE reporting

• Valid passport and unrestricted international travel capability

International exposure is essential.
